At Aromatique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure the delicate glass and wax components remain intact during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
